Four plans, plus a 30-day Pro trial that starts when you sign up.

The 30-Day Pro Trial​

Your 30-day Pro trial starts when you sign up. No credit card required, and there's one trial per person. If a team invited you to Formta as their client, you'll start your trial yourself, with Start your Pro trial in the header.

During the 30 days:

  • Full Pro access: every workspace element, every file format and real-time collaboration
  • 5 GB of storage space for your files
  • Try team features and advanced file uploads
  • See whether Formta fits your work

After the 30 days:

  • If you haven't upgraded, your account moves to the Free plan
  • All your data is preserved: projects, files, settings stay
  • You can't open your projects or create new ones, but you can still see your Projects list, your Account page and billing, and client revisions you've been sent
  • Support continues: 10 business days, and up to 5 chat sessions a month
  • Select a plan any time to open your projects again

Personal: €30/month or €324/year​

For freelancers, solo professionals, and independent creators.

  • 10 projects (simultaneous)
  • Single user (no team)
  • 5 GB storage space
  • Up to 3 client revisions per project
  • 5 parallax animation layers
  • Custom project templates
  • Chat and email support: 5 business days
  • Up to 20 chat sessions / month
  • File support: JPG/PNG/WEBP/SVG/BMP up to 10MB, docs up to 25MB, MP4/WEBM up to 100MB (max 10 min), PDF up to 25MB
  • Not included: RAW, PSD, 3D, or advanced animation formats

Studio: €850/month or €9,180/year​

For studios and agencies (5–25 users).

  • 5 base users included; additional at €165/user/month (max 25 total)
  • Unlimited projects
  • 50 GB storage space
  • Everything in Personal, plus team features
  • 5 client revisions per project
  • 10 parallax animation layers
  • Premium project templates as they're added
  • AI-powered features, once they're released
  • Team Mood Tracking, and the inbox and the Team page for working with the people on your team
  • Recover the last 30 workspace actions
  • Recover deleted projects for 7 days
  • Priority chat and email support: 48 business hours
  • Up to 50 chat sessions / month
  • File support: Images (incl. RAW) up to 25MB, videos up to 500MB (max 1 hour), PSD up to 200MB, AI up to 100MB, 3D up to 100MB, CAD up to 500MB, BIM up to 1GB

Pro: €200/user/month or €2,160/user/year​

The most-featured tier.

  • Per-user pricing: €200/month for every user on the team
  • Unlimited projects
  • 200 GB storage space for your whole team
  • Everything in Studio, plus:
  • Unlimited client revisions
  • Unlimited parallax animation layers
  • Custom ICC colour profile uploads for accurate soft-proofing
  • Premium chat / email support: 24 business hours
  • Unlimited chat sessions
  • Recover deleted projects for 30 days
  • Personal account manager available at an extra cost, for teams of 30 users or more
  • File support: Images up to 50MB, videos up to 1GB (max 4 hours), PSD up to 500MB, AI up to 200MB, Sketch up to 300MB, 3D / After Effects up to 2GB, BIM up to 5GB, audio up to 500MB

Yearly Billing​

Yearly plans save about 10% vs monthly:

  • Personal: €324/year vs €360/year monthly (save €36)
  • Studio: €9,180/year vs €10,200/year monthly (save €1,020)
  • Pro: €2,160/user/year vs €2,400/user/year monthly (save €240/user)

Switching Plans​

  • A change that costs more: Your plan changes right away, and you pay the difference now for the period that's left until your next payment, and the new price from then on
  • A change that costs less: Your plan changes right away, and the lower price starts at your next payment. You won't get money back for the rest of the period you've already paid for
  • Your payment date stays the same whichever way you switch
  • Cancellation continues service through the paid period, then moves you to Free, where you can't open your projects until you select a plan again

Tips​

  • Use the 30-day trial to evaluate the full Pro feature set, not just the post-trial Free state
  • Annual billing is worth it if you're committed. You save about 10% compared with paying monthly
  • Add storage space as you grow: start with what your plan includes, and add more when you need it
  • Freelancers: If you're on Pro or Studio and work with a team on Studio or Pro, the team can pay for your plan while you work with them. Select Let team admins see my subscription, so they can offer to pay for it on the Billing page so they can offer it. See Adding and Paying for a Freelancer
