Creating And Using Meetings
Plan meetings with your team and your clients where the work is, and everyone you invite gets an email invitation. Your meetings show on the Calendar page, on timelines and in Meeting Lists.
Adding A Meeting
You can add a meeting from three places:
- The Calendar page: Click a day or a time and select a meeting, or press ⌥ / Alt + M
- A Timeline: Click a day in someone's row and select Meeting, or press ⌥ / Alt + M with the Timeline selected
- A Meeting List: Hover + and select New Meeting, or press N with the Meeting List selected
Add the meeting's details and click Create meeting, and everyone you've invited gets an invitation.

Emails Your Attendees Get
Your attendees always know where a meeting stands, by email:
- An invitation when you create the meeting
- An update when you change it
- A cancellation when you delete it, or one meeting of a repeating series
If you're offline, the emails are sent as soon as you're back online.
Changing A Meeting
Open the meeting, change what you need, and click Update meeting. For a repeating meeting, select under Changes apply to whether the change is for Just this one, This and the ones after or The whole series.
A meeting synced with Google Calendar can be turned into an event or a task with Change To.
Deleting A Meeting
Open the meeting and click Delete meeting. Your attendees get a cancellation email.
