Client Communication in Formta

Work with your clients in the same place as your team, without emails full of attachments. You send your client a project page, they review it and send you their feedback, and you deliver the finished work, all in Formta.

Sending A Page

Open the page, hover Share in the header and select Send to client. Your client gets an email with a link, and creates a free Formta account, or signs in, to see it. They only see that page, as it looked when you sent it. See Client Revisions.

Client Revisions

Each page you send becomes a client revision, and sending it again creates a new round. Your client comments, approves and clicks Send Feedback, and you see what they've done highlighted on the page. See Client Revisions.

To follow the rounds on a project page, add a Client Revisions List, with each revision's status, title, client, dates and notes.

Meetings

Plan meetings with your clients in the calendar or in a Meeting List, and they get an email invitation. See Meetings.

Delivering High-Resolution Photos

When your client has approved photos in a Photo Selection, send them the full-resolution files from the paper plane icon on the Photo Selection, or from the Deliver column on the Projects page. They get an email with a download link that's valid for 7 days. See High-Res Delivery.

What Your Client Can Do

Your client works in their own, simpler Formta, with Projects, Calendar and Account in their menu. In there, they can:

  • See the pages you've sent them, under Projects, and the calendars you've shared with them, under Calendar
  • Comment, and reply in conversations if you've let them
  • Approve the elements on the page, and single items in elements like a Photo Selection or a Shopping Selection
  • Select their favourite photos in a Photo Selection, and download them if you've allowed it
  • Download the high-resolution photos you deliver
