Sending High-Resolution Deliverables To Your Client
When your client has approved photos in a Photo Selection, send them the full-resolution deliverables from Formta, without a transfer service. Your client gets a download link that's valid for 7 days.
How To Send High-Resolution Photos
You can send the deliverables from two places, once your client has approved photos you haven't sent yet and the project has at least one client:
- From the Photo Selection: Click the paper plane icon at the top of the element
- From the Projects page: In the Client Revisions table, click the paper plane icon in the Deliver column
Both open Send High-Resolution Photos, with the project's name and how many photos your client has approved.
- Check the photos under Selected for Delivery. The approved photos you haven't sent yet are already there. Click the X on a photo to take it out, or + on a photo under Add More Photos to add it
- Under Send to, select the client
- Add a Message to Client if you'd like, like the format, the colour profile or how they can use the photos
- To get a notification when your client downloads the photos, select Get notified when your client downloads the photos
- Check the Delivery Summary, with how many photos you're sending, their total size and who they're going to, and click Send Photos
You need to be online to send. How much you can deliver depends on your plan. If a delivery is bigger than what you have left, you'll see a message, and you can remove some photos or send it when your allowance resets.
After You've Sent Your Client The Photos
Your client gets an email with a link that opens Your photos are ready, with how many photos there are and when the link expires. They can click Download to get them all at once, or download them one at a time under Individual files. If they miss the 7 days, send them a new delivery.
The photos you've sent aren't selected for the next delivery, and the project leaves the Deliver column once there's nothing left to send. If you asked to be notified, you get a notification when your client downloads the photos.
