Projects Page
All your projects on one page. At the top you'll find New Project and Manage Templates, and below them up to four tables: Personal Projects, Team Projects, Client Revisions and My Client Projects. A table only shows when it has projects in it.
Personal Projects
The projects only you can see. Each row has:
- Pin: Pin the project to the top of the list
- Open: Open the project
- Project Name: Click it to rename the project
- Status: Not Started, On Track, Completed, Potential Risks, Roadblocks, Overdue or Cancelled
- Due Date
- Priority: Low, Medium or High
- Report: Open the project report (see Project Reports)
- The three dots: Delete the project
Team Projects
The projects you work on with your team. They have the same columns as personal projects, and also:
- Team: The profile photos of the project's team members. If you're on a Studio or Pro plan, click them to change who's on the project and what they can access
Projects you've been invited to but haven't answered yet are marked Pending next to their name. Click the check mark to accept the invitation, or the X to decline it.
Client Revisions
Your projects that have a client revision, sent or not. They're also in Personal Projects or Team Projects. Each row has:
- Pin and Open: Open opens the project's client revisions
- Client: The client's company. Click + next to it to add or remove the project's clients (see Client Revisions)
- Project
- No. of Revisions Left: How many client revisions are left out of the total
- Status, Priority and Due Date
- Deliver: When your client has approved photos that haven't been sent yet, click the paper plane icon to send them the high-resolution files. The link expires after 7 days. See High-Res Delivery
My Client Projects
The projects where you're someone else's client. Each row has:
- Open: Open the client revision you've been sent
- Company, Project and Revision
- Status: Where the revision stands
- My Access: What you can do in it
- Due Date: When your feedback is due. It says Overdue once the date has passed
If you only use Formta as a client, this is the only table you'll see, with an offer to try the Pro plan for free below it, if you haven't had a free trial before. Click Start Free Trial to start it right away, with no payment details needed.
Deleting And Recovering A Project
Click the three dots on a project's row and select Delete Project. On a team project, only the team's admins can delete it. A project you've sent a client revision from can't be deleted.
How long you have to recover a deleted project depends on the plan that pays for the project: 7 days on Studio and 30 days on Pro. Until then, it stays on the list, and you can click the three dots again and select Recover Project. The menu shows the date it'll be deleted permanently. On Personal, a deleted project can't be recovered.
A cancelled project can't be edited, and its status can't be changed.
Templates
Manage Templates lists the templates you've saved, where you can search them, edit or delete them, and start a project from one. See Project Templates.
Tips
- Pin the projects you're working on right now, so they're always at the top
- Keep an eye on the revisions left in the No. of Revisions Left column, so you know when a project is close to its plan's limit for client revisions
