Team Page

Get to know the people on your team, and share what concerns the whole team rather than one project. The page shows the team you've selected in the header. Click the team's name there to switch to another of your teams.

Team Members

Everyone on the team has a card with their profile photo, name and job title. Click the speech bubble on a card to send them a message in your Inbox, or the sliders icon to see their profile, including how they like to work.

People from another studio who work with your team share one card, with the studio's name and how many people there are. Click the arrow on it to see them.

To find someone, type in Search team members.... If you're an admin, Team Settings takes you to Team Management.

Groups

Posts are sorted into groups by topic, so everyone finds what concerns them. The groups are on the right of the page.

  • Add a group: Click + next to Groups, enter a name and click Create Group
  • Rename a group: Right-click it, or press F2. On a touch screen, press and hold it
  • Delete a group: Admins can click the X next to it. A team always has at least one group

Posts

Write your post at the top of a group. Type @ to mention someone, or # to link to a project, element, task, event, meeting or inventory item, and add pictures and files, emoji or a voice message.

Add a reaction or a comment to any post. On your own posts, you can also pin a post to the top or delete it. Older posts load as you scroll.

Leaving A Team

Click Leave Team at the bottom of the page. You lose access to the team, and an admin will have to invite you back. A team always needs an admin, so if you're its only admin, make someone else an admin first.

Tips

  • One group per topic, like "Studio Operations", "Client Wins" and "Process Updates", is easier to follow than one group for everything
  • Post your question in the group, rather than asking people one by one
  • Write for the people who'll join later. New team members learn how the team works by reading back through the groups
