Real-time Collaboration

When you and your team members are on the same project at the same time, you all see each other's changes as they happen, so everyone works on the latest version.

Seeing Who's Online

On a team project, the profile photos to the right of the page tabs show up to five people from your team who are online in Formta right now, whichever project they're working on. Click a photo to start a chat with them in your inbox.

Cursors

You see other people's cursors moving inside the elements, each in its own colour and with the person's name. That works in almost every element, from moodboards, whiteboards and storyboards to tables, budget sheets and to do lists.

When Your Connection Drops

If you lose your connection, a banner at the top of the page tells you, and you can keep working. Your changes are kept on your device and sent as soon as you're back online, and you see what others changed while you were away. If one of your changes clashes with someone else's, Formta asks you which one to keep. See Working Offline.
