Team Communication in Formta

Keep your team's conversations next to the work they're about, instead of spread across email, chat and calls. In Formta, your team talks in four places: posts on the Team page, conversations on project pages, messages in the Inbox, and notifications.

Posts On The Team Page

The Team page in the left sidebar is for what concerns the whole team rather than one project, like news, ideas, changes to how you work and announcements. Posts can have text, pictures, video, voice messages, links and emoji, and are sorted into groups by topic. See Team Posts.

Conversations On Project Pages

To talk about a piece of work, right-click next to it on the project page and start a conversation there. Everyone on the project can see it. See Element Conversations.

Messages To One Person

For a message to one person, use the Inbox. You can message anyone in your teams.

In a conversation, a post or a message, type @ to mention a team member, and they get a notification. Type # to link to a project, element, task, event or meeting, or to add a file from your inventory. See Comments and Mentions.

Notifications

Your notifications collect in the right sidebar, so you can read them between tasks. Press ⌘ / Ctrl + , (comma) to open or close it. When push notifications are turned on for a device, @mentions and replies reach you even when Formta isn't open, and you can reply right from the notification. See Notifications.

Working At The Same Time

When team members are on the same page, you see their cursors and their changes in real time, and the photos by the page tabs show who on the team is online. See Real-Time Collaboration.

Team Mood Tracker

On Studio and Pro, the Team Mood Tracker shows how the team's feeling about the work over time. Inside a project, the answers are always anonymous. It won't tell you why a particular week was hard, but it tells you when to have the conversation. See Team Mood Tracker.
