Client Revisions List
Follow every round of client feedback on your project in one list: what's been sent, what's waiting for the client, and what's approved. Clients never see the list, even on a page you've sent them.
Adding A Client Revisions List
- Click on the project page where you want the Client Revisions List to be added, and type / to open the element menu
- Search for Client Revisions List
- Select it to add it to the page
The List
Each revision shows its Status, Title, Client, Created and Due dates, and the Notes you wrote to your client. Click a column's title to sort by it. The due date turns red once it's passed while you're still waiting for the client's feedback. Click a revision to open it on the client revisions page, in a new tab.
The statuses are:
- Draft: Not sent to the client yet
- Sent for Review: Sent to the client, waiting for their feedback
- Client Feedback Received: The client has sent their feedback
- Approved: The client has approved it
Right-click a revision and select Send to Client to send a draft, or Delete client revision to delete it.
Sending A New Client Revision
- Hover + and select New Client Revision
- If your project has more than one page, select the page to send and click Continue
- Add the details in Share with Client and click Send to Client. See Client Revisions
Using A Client Revisions List As A Data Source
Connect the whole list to a To Do List or a To Do Kanban to get a task for each revision, or add a revision to a task in a Content Calendar or Timeline. A Table can show the revisions too. Hover + on the list and select Copy connection ID to find it quickly in their list. They update when the list changes.
