Inventory List
Show the inventory items a project needs on its project page. You keep your items up to date on the Inventory page, and each project's Inventory List shows the ones it needs, filtered by tag, category or location. See Inventory Basics.

Each item shows its Preview, Name, Type, Date, Categories and Tags. Click a preview to open it.
Categories And Tags
Click Add category or Add tag on an item to give it one you've used before, or to create a new one. Give a category a colour, and it keeps that colour wherever it shows.

Using An Inventory List As A Data Source

A Tracking List, Whiteboard or Table can show its items, and a To Do List, To Do Kanban, Content Calendar or Timeline can add them to a task. Tips
- Use more than one Inventory List on a project to show different groups, like furniture and lighting
- Use tags for what cuts across categories, like a type of project, an item's condition or where it's kept
- For studio equipment, check that each project's Inventory List shows what's reserved for that shoot
- Go through the list at the end of a project, and check if any tags or categories should change for the next one
