User Feedback
Collect feedback from user testing, design reviews, retrospectives or a client, and sort it as you go. Each piece of feedback is a card in one of three columns: Positive, Neutral and Negative.
Adding User Feedback
- Click on the project page where you want the User Feedback to be added, and type / to open the element menu
- Search for User Feedback
- Select it to add it to the page
Cards
Each piece of feedback is a card, so it can be sorted, followed up and moved on its own.
- Click Add card at the bottom of a column, or press N. To add a card next to another, hover the card and click the + above or below it
- Type or paste the feedback
- Press Enter
On each card, set how important the feedback is with its priority, high, medium or low, and who follows it up with its responsible person. In the feedback, type @ to mention a team member, or # to link to an element, a task, an event, a meeting or an inventory item. To move a card, drag it to another place or column.
Adding A Data Source
If you've collected the feedback in a Table first, hover + and select Connect data source to turn its rows into cards. They update when the table does.
Using User Feedback As A Data Source
A Mindmap, Whiteboard or Table can show the cards, and a To Do List, To Do Kanban, Content Calendar or Timeline can add them to a task. Hover + on the User Feedback and select Copy connection ID to find it quickly in their list. They update when the feedback changes.
Client Approval
To keep a card from a client, click the eye icon on it to hide it before you send the page. When you've sent the page in a client revision, the client can approve single cards or all the feedback.
Export Your User Feedback
